Scripting international history for Marathi Music, Kratex (Krunal Ghorpade) has become the pioneer to take Marathi music to the world platform with his Taambdi Chaamdi becoming the first Marathi song to be released on official channel of Spinning Records.
The music video of the song ‘Taambdi Chaamdi’ featuring Kratex and Shreyas, recently released and has already gone viral on social media. This song is set to make waves worldwide, as people around the globe can now watch and listen to it. ‘Taambdi Chaamdi,’ the first Marathi song to be released on the official channel of Spinning Records, an international music company, marks Kratex’s (Krunal Ghorpade) entry into the music industry. He has composed the background music for the song, while Shreyas Sagvekar has penned and sung it. The song is produced by World of Vibes and Rock Kachhi.
The video features performances by Tejas Shetye, Manish Shetye, Vrushali Shetye, Ninad Sawant, Akash Salunkhe, Matin Shaikh, Malhar Jadhav, Yash Madhav, Rupesh Kingre, Avantika Choughule, Ashish Negi, Dhananjay Jadhav, and Aniket Sonde.
The music launch event was recently held at I Leaf Banquets in Thane. Present at the event were music composer Kratex, singer Shreyas, the entire team of ‘Taambdi Chaamdi,’ along with renowned personalities like Prithvik Pratap of ‘Hasya Jatra’ fame, stand-up comedian Anish Goregaonkar, the BhaDiPa team, and Sagarika Das, Head of Sagarika Music Channel.
Talking about the song, Kratex said, “I am overjoyed beyond words. It was always my dream to have my song featured on Spinning Records, a label that has previously released music by world-famous artists like David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hardwell, and Steve Aoki. Now, our Marathi song stands among these tracks in various languages. This is truly a dream come true for me. The audio version of this song received a fantastic response not only in India but also globally, so we decided to present it as a video. I will soon be performing shows abroad featuring Marathi songs. I hope the love from audiences continues. My wish is to see Marathi language and music resonate not just in India but internationally. On September 1st, the largest Marathi show will be held at Baller in Pune, and I invite all Punekars and audiences to join us.”
